Buffalo Bill Comes to Lowestoft

On 8th Sept 1903, Buffalo Bill’s spectacular wild west show came thundering into Lowestoft. This fascinating and forgotten moment in Lowestoft’s history is brought to life in the music and words of Lowestoft’s own John Ward, who will present this full-length theatre piece with his excellent 5-piece band and the rich-voiced narration of renowned storyteller, Andy Jennings.  The show will feature a rolling photographic backdrop of historical images and newly created art. Come and hear the story of how the lives of Lowestoft fisherman, Jack, and Lakota brave, Soaring Hawk intertwined. The Wild West came to the Far East … for one night only!
