ACHIEVEMENTS: A UEFA A and FA Youth Award Coach specialising in the development of female football players. She is the founder of P1 P2 Coaching, an organisation dedicated to understanding, supporting, and developing players to maximize their potential.
In her coaching career, Paige has held several notable positions, including:

FA WSL U21 Assistant Coach & Operations
County FA and Community Trust Female Lead
Currently, she serves as the Director of Football at St Josephs College in Ipswich and is the Assistant Coach for the England U15 Women’s team.
Paige’s passion for football began at a young age, leading her to play for Norwich City’s Girls Centre of Excellence. She later became the Girls Football Development Manager for the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, aiming to provide opportunities for females across the eastern region both on and off the pitch.
In addition to her coaching roles, Paige has been involved in initiatives such as the FAs Future Lionesses Talent ID event, hosted at St Josephs College, which aims to identify and nurture the next generation of female football talent.
Paige continues to contribute to the development of female football through coaching, mentorship, and talent identification programs.
